FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where are you located?

  • We are based out of Toronto, Canada

2. How do you plan on shipping to both Canada and the USA?

  • We have partnered with an agency which will allow us to use both Canada Post (Canadians buyers) & USPS (for American buyers), and in some cases we will even use FedEx for faster shipping.

3. Are you prices in Canadian or American currency?

  • All prices are in Canadian Currency, but you can change the currency to American or British Pound, at the top right of the browser/window.

4. Will I be billed in my currency?

  • Upon checking out, all prices will revert back to Canadian currency, but your personal statement should reflect the currency of where you reside.

5. Will you get more FiGPiN inventory?

  • We will do our best to get more stock and more options, we are a small start up shop but we will try our best to add as much as possible. The goal is to eventually be able to get every FiGPiN drop for the Canadians to have access to!

6. When do you ship packages?

  • We will be shipping every week Tuesday and Friday. We will try to ship more frequently as orders increase. (Mystery boxes will ship the day after they sell out because they will be already be packaged)
